RETURN POLICY
Thrifttshop™ wants customers to feel comfortable when choosing clothing. If you need to request a return, please contact service@thrifttshop.com within the return period shown on the store page or order information.
Returned clothing should be unworn, unwashed, clean, complete, and kept with original packaging or tags when possible. Items that show signs of wear, stains, odors, washing, makeup marks, pet hair, damage, alteration, missing parts, or improper handling may not qualify for return approval.
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may have return limits once opened, worn, washed, or used. This may apply to close-contact clothing, accessories, or items that cannot be safely returned to sellable condition.
Please contact our support team before sending any item back. Products returned without prior communication may be delayed or may not be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or incomplete, please email us with your order details and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue. Thrifttshop™ will review the situation and provide a suitable next step.
Customers should keep return tracking information until the return has been received and reviewed.
